Property management in Torrox

We manage properties in Torrox, in the municipality of Torrox. As a local partner in the Axarquía we handle key holding, cleaning, guest reception and linen service.

Torrox is a municipality with two faces: the white village of Torrox Pueblo, set against the hillside, and the coastal strip of Torrox Costa with its long promenade. The homes we manage here are mostly on the coast, where apartments and townhouses sit close together and the letting season runs long. In the village itself are older houses that often stand empty for months, where damp and pests are the biggest risks.

Torrox Costa is one of the busiest letting areas east of Torre del Mar, with a season that runs from Easter well into autumn. That means many turnarounds back to back, and little room to leave a problem sitting. We schedule checks here around arrivals, inspect for damage after every departure and make sure key handover is right, even when several guests come and go on the same day.
