Property management in Torre del Mar

We manage properties in Torre del Mar, in the municipality of Vélez-Málaga. As a local partner in the Axarquía we handle key holding, cleaning, guest reception and linen service.

Torre del Mar is our home base and where we are most often at the door. Most of the homes we manage sit within walking distance of the Paseo Marítimo: frontline apartments, but also corner buildings and townhouses in the streets behind the coast road. That proximity is exactly why a local manager works here: if a guest cannot get in, or the air conditioning gives up at 38 degrees, we are there in minutes rather than the next day.

One thing buyers here often underestimate is summer humidity. Homes left shut for months develop damp patches, limescale and a drain smell you only notice the moment you walk in. We air the property on every visit, flush pipes and traps, and check the shutters and awnings that take the full southern sun. In Calle Poniente and the older streets around Plaza de la Axarquía you can add older electrical installations to that list, which we watch closely.
