We manage properties in Almayate, in the municipality of Vélez-Málaga. As a local partner in the Axarquía we handle key holding, cleaning, guest reception and linen service.

Almayate splits into a coastal strip and a hilly interior, and that difference shapes how we work here. Along the coast at Almayate Bajo are detached homes and fincas on generous plots; higher up towards Almayate Alto are country houses with valley views. Many of these properties have their own well, septic tank or irrigation system, and those are precisely the systems that fail first when nobody looks in for months.

What sets this area apart is access. Some plots sit behind unpaved tracks that turn difficult after autumn rain, and not every manager makes the effort to keep visiting through winter. We deliberately schedule checks here in the wet season, not just the high season. On pools that are out of use we check water level and filtration, because a drained pool is one of the costliest surprises a second-home owner can come back to.
