We manage properties in Benajarafe, in the municipality of Vélez-Málaga. As a local partner in the Axarquía we handle key holding, cleaning, guest reception and linen service.

Benajarafe is the quieter stretch between Torre del Mar and Rincón de la Victoria, and the homes here are mostly villas with a garden, often with their own pool. That means management extends well beyond the interior: the pool, garden, fencing and outdoor lighting need as much follow-up as the inside, and during long vacancies it is the outside that takes damage first.

Because the plots are larger, this is also where we most often supervise works.
